Our philosophy is unlike any other personal trainers and fitness coaches. The focus at Rizzo Fitness is lasting change. Crash diets and overly demanding workout routines may get you the short term results you want, but are almost always unsustainable. This leads to guilt, and the feeling that you have "failed", when in fact you cannot keep up with the impossible demands of your workout routine and limiting diet. It does not have to be so hard! We want to help you see that being healthy and fit is within your reach. 

The fitness industry convinces the public that being healthy and fit has to be a constant struggle. Sacrificing and suffering is the only way to obtain the results you desire. They rely on you constantly buying their products that don't work with any kind of longevity.

At Rizzo Fitness, I want to teach you how to reach your goals and maintain them for life. So often the biggest hurtle people have is where to start. That is where I come in. The difference is in the approach. I focus on one factor at a time, which is what leads clients through a healthy weight loss journey that will continue after the program has ended.

My program consists of four main focus points: Habit, Nutrition, Hydration, and Activity.


Habit

Creating a healthy lifestyle can be as simple as changing small day to day habits. Most poor diet and activity patterns are caused by habit. We will help you identify your poor habits and change them. This will make maintaining weight loss much simpler

 


Nutrition

We do not believe in meal plans, calorie counting, and strict diets. It is important to make better diet choices that can be sustained long term. This is done by making small step by step adjustments looking at the way you choose the food you eat.

 


Hydration

Drinking an adequate amount of water has more impact than often realized. Many people do not know they are going through the day dehydrated. We will look at how much fluid you are in-taking and get you where you need to be. Being hydrated will reduce cravings as well as act as a natural portion control mechanism. 

 


Activity

Getting active is a huge part of being the best version of yourself. You will learn that you don't need to do long drawn out workouts. We focus on quick effective workouts and increasing your activity level in your daily life.
